Cleaning Supplies and EquipmentAll cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by KLEENr Touch Services. We don't provide client consumables such as toilet paper, tissue or paper towels.
PaymentFull payment for all services is required on the day of completion. Payment by cash (left in a sealed envelope), credit card or PayPal is accepted.
Special RequestsPlease contact us in advance of our arrival at your home with any special cleaning requests (e.g., cleaning of the interior of your oven, refrigerator, garage, or other) so that we can discuss any additional charges or time required to complete these tasks.
Appointment CancellationsTwenty-four hours advance notice of a cancellation (by phone or email) is greatly appreciated.
Liability and TrustworthinessKLEENr Touch Services is a fully insured and licensed professional cleaning service with team members that are bonded and covered by workers' compensation. All team members complete a formal screening process prior to hiring.
Code of ProfessionalismOur team members are trained to exhibit professional behavior and interact with you in a courteous manner. Should one of them ever fall short of your expectations, we ask that you contact us in order to correct the situation.
Health and Safety PolicyThe health and safety of our team members is extremely important. Therefore, they're not permitted to move heavy items that can't be easily moved by one person alone. An extension duster will be used to dust items that are out of reach. Also, team members can't handle animal or human waste.
Accidental DamageAccidents can occur. Thus, we reserve the right to either repair or replace damaged items. The replacement value of "one-of-a-kind" items must be adequately established prior to settlement. KLEENr Touch Services isn't responsible for damage to items where prior damage existed (e.g., improperly installed items such as curtain rods, blinds, poorly sealed counter tops or loose flooring). We don't clean inside curio cabinets.
Cancelation of Service AgreementThere's no term to this agreement, and the services provided to you may be canceled by either you or KLEENr Touch Services at any time and for any reason.
